TAKE THE MENTAL HEALTH SURVEY TODAY
Earlier this year, the St. Johns County School District partnered with UF Health Flagler Hospital and other agencies to open a dialogue in our community about mental health among our youth. We know that solutions to better serve all children and young adults in need will take collaboration, investment, resolve, and resources. UF Health Flagler Hospital is committed to taking the lead. As part of this, we have partnered with a Generation Z consulting firm called JÜV Consulting to better understand how stigma affects the youth in our community so that we can work together to better engage families in this conversation. We have partnered with JÜV to create several surveys to gather information from the various voices in our community.
If you are a student, parent, or provider in our community we want to hear your thoughts about stigma and mental health. Every survey is anonymous and will be used to collect data. Please help us to end the stigma and fight for the well-being of our young people!
