About this Provider

Dr. Tristan Imhof is a board-certified, family medicine physician who joined UF Health St. Johns after previously seeing patients at Baptist Primary Care. He completed his residency at St. Luke’s University Health Network in Pennsylvania, after receiving his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Services in New York City. He earned his undergraduate degree from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts.

Dr. Imhof is a Fellow and member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and the Florida Academy of Family Physicians.
